Dues Increase

The 2017 dues increase varies by unit type.

  • Owners can determine their unit types using the "Exhibit A — Unit Allocations" table in the CC&Rs. An easy way to do this is to view the PDF file and search for the house number of the street address.
  • For 2017, the larger units appear to have smaller increases because the windfall of lower cost insurance impacts their amounts more significantly since these units pay higher dues for roofing, siding, and insurance.
