Crown Harbor Lift Station Maintenance

Crown Harbor sewer lines are below the main EBMUD line on Central. Crown Harbor uses a sump pump to carry to sewage up from the sewer lines to the main line. The Association maintains the sump pump.

	Sump Pumps at Sewage Lift Station The Association has a maintenance contract with Rayne Plumbing. They come out quarterly to check the pumps, perform minor cleaning, and alert the Board to any potential issues. Sometimes the sump pump requires repair or major cleaning. When this is required, Rayne Plumbing provides a proposal that is voted on at a Board meeting.
