Annual Picnic 2017

The Crown Harbor Picnic is held on the south lawn between Crown and Kings under the Willow trees.

	RSVP An RSVP in advance is a must for this event. Please RSVP by Sunday, July 2 to clemenciacolmenares@gmail.com with what you will bring to the picnic.
	Food The association will be providing: Hamburgers (meat and Vegan) Sausages Beans
	Drinks The association will also be providing: Wine Beer Soft drinks

This picnic will be a pot-luck picnic. For those planning to participate, you are welcome to bring your own specialties, but the following are suggestions (based on first letter of last name) so that we will have an entire selection of food for the picnic:

	Salads/Side Dishes For residents with last names ending A-H — Bring Salads/Side Dishes
	Appetizers For residents with last names ending I-M — Bring Appetizers
	Desserts For residents with last names ending N-Z — Bring Desserts

The Social Committee is attempting to round up some tables; however, everyone should bring their own chairs.

Chairs All residents: Please bring chairs to the picnic.
