Annual Meetings

The Annual Homeowner Meeting is normally held in March. The meeting is held at The Ballena Bay Yacht Club which is located at 1150 Ballena BLVD, Alameda, CA 94501.

• A quorum of the unit owners (39 out of 76) need to be represented in person or by proxy.
• The current Board and Committees share the accomplishments of the past year and the plans for the new year.
• New Board members are elected, and the results of any ballot measures are revealed.
