For decades, Crown Harbor has had a policy with regard to the maintenance of bushes and shrubs for units along the seaside path.

Association Maintained

Bushes and shrubs have been allowed to grow to their natural height for an owner that wants the benefits of larger vegetation.

Bushes and shrubs have been pruned to the level of the patio fence for an owner who opts for an unobstructed view.

Non-Association Maintained

This policy has applied to bushes and shrubs maintained by the Association.

It has no stipulation for vegetation placed within the exclusive use common area of an individual unit, i.e., patio area,
that is maintained by the residents.
