Exterior Paint
The exterior of Crown Harbor is based on a very pleasing color palette.
The original developer had a real design team select the colors.
They subtly break up the monotony of the building forms with their base colors and trim without imposing on the absolute gorgeous seaside setting!
This design won awards when first built.
The palette colors give the units an attractive California style.
They blend in.
Crown Harbor wants everyone to look past the units and enjoy the view.

some owners opt to have Pagano's match by supplying a sample.

No Longer A Match
With the switch to Dunn-Edwards by A-One Construction who painted the complex in 2011,
the Kelly-More paint palette used when the complex was originally built in 1981 is no longer a match.

Association Responsibility for Exterior Painting
Painting of the exterior of the units is the responsibility of the Association.
The Association paints the exterior all at once based on a timeframe stipulated in a Reserve Study.
When Owners make modifications to Units, such as the installation of new windows, the repainting of the affected exterior is the Owner's responsibility.
For these situations, the colors on this page specify the correct paint to purchase and apply (or have applied by professionals).

Owner Responsibility for Exterior Painting
When a garage door has been replaced, it is the responsibility of the owner to have it painted within one month of installation.
For this situation, the colors on this page specify the correct paint to purchase and apply (or have applied by professionals).
Once a new garage door has been painted, repainting occurs at the cost of the Association as part of maintaining the exteriors of the units.
