Crown Harbor Homeowner Association
Tree Vendors
Towering trees on property provide more than beauty — they increase the value of Crown Harbor units.
Several recent nationwide surveys show that mature trees in a well-landscaped yard can increase the value of a house by 7% to 19%.
A lush lawn with flower gardens is pretty, but didn't add to the value of a house, the surveys showed.

Stump Grinding
When trees die, the stumps are removed by East & West Bay Stump Removal.
To avoid damaging any gas or water lines, the stump grinding is done to a minimum depth.
As a result, it is often not possible to plant a new tree in the exact spot where a former tree was located.
