Accent Lighting

In addition to the standard balcony and patio lights mounted on the sides of the units, owners have the option of adding accent lighting.

Enlarge	Placement When possible, hang cords out of sight when viewing units from public spaces (e.g., seaside path). Cords can be painted to match the siding color.

FEIT at Costco	Supplier FEIT Electric makes a strand that is available at Costco. With approval of an Architectural Variance Request, an owner can add accent lights to an exclusive use common area (upper balcony, lower patio).
